Insurance and Fees

The Journey is in network with Cigna, Aetna, and BCBS; UHC, Oscar, and Oxford in the works.

At The Journey, we believe therapy should be accessible. We are pleased to offer therapy in-network with the following plans (self-pay rates can be found in the ‘Fees’ section):

  • Cigna

  • Aetna

  • BCBS (not BlueHome)

Contracts have been initiated, but not confirmed, for the following plans. Anyone wanting to utilize the following insurance plans will be offered a self-pay rate, with the ability to submit for out-of-network benefits with their insurance company:

  • UHC

  • Oxford

  • Oscar

Fees

Mental Health/Substance Use Therapy (self-pay):

  • Intake (up to 75 mins) - $200

  • Individual sessions (50 min) - $175

Mental Health Counseling/Coaching for Individuals with Down syndrome (self-pay):

  • Intake (up to 75 mins) - $150

  • Individual sessions (up to 50 min) - $125

  • Individual sessions (up to 30 mins) - $75

Clinical Supervision:

  • 1 License - $110

  • 2 Licenses - $125

  • CSI Supervision - $130
